PCL Progress Fund is a sub-fund of the investment fund with segregated accounts called PF Global Fund Limited (SAC), which is an open-ended business company licensed according to Bahamian laws.
PF Global Fund Limited (SAC) is licensed as a SFM 002 pursuant to the Investment Funds Act, 2003 and is operating as a fund which cannot have more than ten sophisticated investors.
The structure of the fund is formed by Finter Bank and Trust Bahamas Limited acting as a custodian, administrator, registrar and transfer agent of the fund. The investment manager is the company FX-Plus Risk Management Ltd.
The aim of our sub-fund PCL Progress Fund “Class D shares” is to achieve long-term and continuous growth of investment capital by applying a conservative trading methodology for this kind of a fund. The estimated turnover is about 15 % per year, which should compare to similar funds with a similar risk profile.
